High Input Voltage,Low Dropout,Low Supply Current ME6201 Series
General Description
ME6201 series are low-dropout linear voltage
regulators with a built-in voltage reference module,
error correction module and phase compensation
module. ME6201 series are based on the CMOS
process and allow high voltage input with low
quiescent current. This series has the function of
internal feedback resistor setting from 3V to 5V. The
output accuracy is ± 2.5%.

l High output accuracy: ± 2.5%
l Input voltage: up to 16V
l Output voltage: 3.0 V ~ 5.0V
l Ultra-low Supply current (Typ. = 4 µ A)
l Iout = 100mA When Vin = 5.3V and Vout = 3.3V
l Importation good stability: Typ. 0.1% / V
l Low temperature coefficient
l Ceramic capacitor can be used
l Package: SOT-89, TO-92SOT23-3

VIN1The input voltage when VOUT(E)’ appears as input voltage is gradually decreased. VOUT (E)’=A voltage equal
to 98% of the output voltage whenever an amply stabilized Iout {VOUT (T)+2.0V} is input.
4T he output current can be at least this value. Due to restrictions on the package power dissipation, this value may
not be satisfied. Attention should be paid to the power dissipation of the package when the output current is large.
This specification is guaranteed by design.
Application Conditions
Precautions Wiring patterns for the VIN, VOUT and GND pins should be designed so that the impedance
is low. When mounting an output capacitor between the VOUT and VSS pins (CL) and a capacitor for stabilizing the
input between VIN and VSS pins (CIN), the distance from the capacitors to these pins should be as short as
possible(less than 0.5cm).
