Features
General Description
• Low start-up power supply voltage :1.4V(CH6) The AT1388/AT1388A is a 6-channel PWM
• Wide supply voltage range from 2.5V to 6.5V DC/DC control IC for low voltage applications
(CH1~6)
with a soft start function and short circuit detection
• High speed operation is possible: Maximum
function. This IC is ideal for up conversion, down
