Description
The CXA1866Q is a 6-bit ultra-high-speed flash
A/D converter IC capable of digitizing analog
signals at the maximum rate of 140MSPS. The
digital input level is compatible with ECL
100K/10KH/10K.
48 pin QFP (Plastic)

Wide analog input bandwidth: 210MHz
