KT101Z Series
4PIN LSOP LOW INPUT CURRENT
PHOTOCOUPLER
z Description
The KT101Z series consist of an infrared emitting
diode, optically coupled to a phototransistor detector,
and is incorporated in a 4 pin LSOP wide body
package. It features a high current transfer ratio, low
coupling capacitance and high isolation voltage.
