Features
• Low Insertion Loss: 0.6 dB @ 2.5 GHz
• High Isolation: 28 dB @ 5.8 GHz
• Low control voltage: 1.3 to 3.3 V
• No external DC blocking capacitors required
• Small XQFN12L (2x2x0.55mm) package
Description
The HWS546 is a GaAs SPDT switch operating at
0.5-6.0 GHz in a XQFN12L (2x2x0.55mm) package.
The HWS546 features low insertion loss with very
low DC power consumption. This switch can be
used in WLAN systems for transmit/receive or
antenna diversity functions.
