■DESCRIPTION
-20V P-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET
■FEATURE
The SMC2337 is the P-Channel enhancement
mode power field effect transistors are using trench
DMOS technology.
This advanced technology has been especially
tailored to minimize on-state resistance, provide
superior switching performance, and withstand high
energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation
mode. These devices are well suited for high
efficiency fast switching applications.
-20V/-5.0A, RDS(ON) =20mΩ(typ)@VGS =-4.5V
-20V/-4.0A, RDS(ON) =25mΩ(typ)@VGS =-2.5V
-20V/-3.0A, RDS(ON) =31mΩ(typ)@VGS =-1.8V
